Aerospace Data Security GmbH (ASDS) is an innovative technology company of the Airbus Group. For more than 25 years, we have been developing highly secure communication and cryptography solutions for customers in aerospace, defence, and other security-critical sectors.

  • You are the internal "voice of the customer" and "voice of the managing directors" of the company across each project you work in

  • You are to ensure your colleagues follow the project-specific Configuration and Documentation Management (CADM) Plans and company-wide CADM policies
  • Your primary responsibility is to ensure data and documents under configuration control are stored in the correct format, location, versioning system, and change logging
  • All documents sent or received from external parties that are contractually relevant are to be managed under configuration control. This includes all specifications, contracts, reports, analyses, and certificates from all suppliers, sub-contractors and higher-level customers
  • Deviations from the internal CADM requirements be promptly identified via regular "audits" for each project
  • Small deviations are to be corrected directly and immediately, with reminders of the correct procedures sent to the offending colleague
  • Major or repeated deviations requiring significant correction may be demanded from the offending colleague and escalated to management if required
