• You are the internal "voice of the customer" and "voice of the managing directors" of the company across each project you work in
• You are independent of the project team and report directly to Quality Management or the managing directors, or project-defined customer Product Assurance representatives if needed, to ensure quality issues are reported without undue bias

YOUR TASKS

• You are to ensure your colleagues follow the project-specific Configuration and Documentation Management (CADM) Plans and company-wide CADM policies
• Your primary responsibility is to ensure data and documents under configuration control are stored in the correct format, location, versioning system, and change logging
• All documents sent or received from external parties that are contractually relevant are to be managed under configuration control. This includes all specifications, contracts, reports, analyses, and certificates from all suppliers, sub-contractors and higher-level customers
• Deviations from the internal CADM requirements be promptly identified via regular "audits" for each project
• Small deviations are to be corrected directly and immediately, with reminders of the correct procedures sent to the offending colleague
• Major or repeated deviations requiring significant correction may be demanded from the offending colleague and escalated to management if required
• Via internal review, you must ensure the deliverables are delivered to the customer according to the agreed CADM requirements as defined in the project contractual documents

• Taking responsibility for technical and strategic project procurement, from identifying requirements through to on-time sourcing
• Selecting, evaluating, and managing suppliers as well as conducting quotation comparisons and price negotiations
• Procuring technical components, assemblies, materials, and services for our demanding projects
• Collaborating closely with engineering, project management, quality, and other specialist departments
• Analyzing and optimizing existing purchasing and procurement processes
• Developing and introducing standardized, transparent, and digital procurement processes
• Selecting and implementing suitable purchasing/procurement software and supporting its introduction within the company
• Establishing and further developing a structured supplier management system, including supplier evaluation
• Identifying cost-saving potential, procurement risks, and optimization opportunities

YOUR PROFILE

• A completed degree, e.g. in industrial engineering, business administration, supply chain management, or a comparable field, alternatively a relevant commercial or technical qualification
• Several years of experience in technical and/or strategic procurement, ideally in a project-based environment
• Strong technical understanding and experience in procuring technically complex products
• Experience in supplier management as well as conducting quotation comparisons and negotiations
• Experience in optimizing and digitalizing procurement processes
• Ideally, experience in selecting or implementing purchasing, procurement, or ERP systems
• Ideally, experience in the aerospace industry or a comparable technology-driven environment
• Good written and spoken English language skills

• Taking responsibility for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Managing and further developing finance and controlling processes
• Monitoring liquidity, costs, and financial performance
• Preparing analyses and decision-making documents for management
• Supporting management with financial and business-related matters
• Collaborating and coordinating with the relevant Finance departments within the Airbus Group
• Acting as the point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other external partners
• Providing commercial support and evaluation for projects
• Further developing and digitalizing Finance processes

• Completed degree in business administration, finance, accounting, controlling, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
• Sound knowledge of accounting, controlling, and financial planning
• Good knowledge of German commercial and tax law
• Experience in preparing monthly and annual financial statements as well as reporting
• Confident use of ERP systems and MS Office, particularly Excel
• Analytical, structured, and independent working style
