Crypto units are often subject to modification during complex projects. For example, the crypto unit is added to an existing or unmodifiable system (e.g. onboard computer). Consequently, the crypto unit needs to be adapted to the requirements of the high level system. Over the years, new attack scenarios arise that threaten the security of existent crypto systems, resulting in tighter security requirements. Hence, crypto units are subject to changes that address these new attack vectors. ASDS utilizes its proven modular designs to tackle the challenges of current and future cryptography related projects. Hence, ASDS is well equipped to adapt our cryptographic solutions to the individual and complex needs of our costumers.

 Our space crypto systems are developed in accordance with ECSS-ST-80C. These systems are engineered for harsh environments and are available for LEO, MEO, and GEO orbit, as well as for diverse security classification levels.
